Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 7-12 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-8 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Rivgent ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Q: Custom Tax or Duty
A: Expedited Shipping may incur customs duties or taxes in USA and certain European regions. Please note that we do not cover or reimburse these charges.

1. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after 30 days from delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Final sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged items caused by customers
- Items returned without prior authorization
For hygiene reasons, base layers, socks, and underwear (if applicable) cannot be returned once opened or worn.
3. Return Shipping Costs

- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong item
We offer return labels for U.S. orders.Orders from other countries，we recommend using a track able shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
3.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.After verification, we will provide:
- A replacement
or - A full refund
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost when applicable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
